I have reviewed a few Ketogenic books in the past, so for me - downloading and reading this one was mainly about discovering new recipes I cold try for myself.
On that subject - this book delivers big time! I would say the recipes in this books are some of the most delicious I've experienced so far, with very detailed and easy to follow guides and tons of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and snacks. Mouth-watering pictures too!
On top of that, I was glad to discover how detailed this book goes on the science and benefits behind the Ketogenic diet and despite my existing knowledge, I was still able to pick up some new information. Beginners will find everything they need to know here.
