About the Author
Pete Evans, host of the WGBH series Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, is an award-winning Australian chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, and TV personality. Pete's food career began when he and his brother Dave opened their first restaurant, The Pantry, in Melbourne in 1993. It quickly became a much-loved and critically acclaimed local spot. I love Dr Mercola. I love his fat for fuel and keto fast books. I follow his health advice. I read his articles on his website. I recommend him to lots of people, but this book isn’t worth it and I’ll be returning it.
