Chuileng Muivah obtained a Master degree in painting at Delhi College of Arts (Delhi University) and studied Art history, Aesthetics, Print Making and Painting, based in New Delhi. He received "Young Talented Artists Award 2017-2018" from North-east Zone Cultural Centre (NEZCC), Ministry of Culture Government of India. He is an illustrator and painter who creates images ranging from whimsically simple to more realistic and detailed ones. Chuileng does international illustration projects and illustrates children storybooks and advertisements.
