I struggled with my weight weight for many years. At my heaviest I was 60 pounds over weight and suffering from a number of chronic ailments including eczema, asthma, allergies and adrenal exhaustion.
All this changed when I started to listen to my body and pay more attention towards eating nutritious 'real foods'. I lost all of the excess weight and have kept it off for 15 years now. I also managed to heal my body of all the chronic conditions too.
