This was a short hot read. It just was t quite there though. It lacked depth and relatability. The storyline itself was good but it was too abrupt and cheesy in its execution. I just couldn't connect with the real estate or characters. But if you like a quick hot read then I'd recommend.

If you enjoy a short story with a couple of Smoking hot sex scenes, then this is perfect for you! But perhaps if you aren’t keen on M/M type scenes, best avoid this, and if you are looking for a more in depth plot line.

The story is VERY fast paced, and although I enjoyed the read, it felt like the story started in the middle of a story, if not further into it. It’s brilliant for a short steamy read! The scenes are well done, and I liked the Characters.

That being said, I personally wouldn’t choose to reread it, firstly.. as much as I really LIKE the Characters, I can’t say that I felt as though I knew them. I was expecting to get to know them all, and see the romance build, but I think this is Primarily an Erotica Story, in that it is ABOUT the sex scenes, rather than a romance which includes them.

There is nothing wrong with that, and I do also read erotica, but I felt like this story could easily have had more done with it.

The story begins where they have all already gotten to know each other, and we join the story where the attraction is acted upon, with comments to explain that this is something they have been dancing around whilst the guys worked on their house. I would have preferred the story to begin when they started working on the house, and see the tension and relationships building.

That being said, I did enjoy the read, and there was a particular scene that I did not see coming! Very individual way of handling it, and that intrigued me.

This is a shortstory, and I did enjoy it! However, one of the things with a short story is that to be brilliant they need to cover all the same bases as a full length in less pages, and unfortunately this didn’t do that for me, it jst felt as if I had mjss the first half of the book. But I loved the writing style! And will be hoping for a longer read from the Author, so this is a good introduction to the Authors talent for writing!

So, a fast read, that drops you straight into the sexual elements of a romance, perfect for if you want a quick Reverse Harem style Erotica novel! Perhaps give it a miss if you are looking to get to know your Characters and see the build up, but worth a go! You never know, you might enjoy the change of Pace!

I'm not sure how to feel about this book. I liked it but i felt the relationship between the main couple could have been so much more. The book send to jump ahead of itself just to get the pair into bed. A little more time building towards it would have been better and made their feelings for each other seem real. As it is im not sure i believe their love.
That being said i think i will give book 2 a try. Fingers crossed it will be an improvement on this one.

I loved every word! Great characters, great dialogue and such wonderful scenes. From the first page I felt like I was living the dream with Kate. ;-) I can't decide what my favourite scene is as there were so many that stood out for different reasons. The pool scene for originality, that was amazing. When she wakes up and realises that she's ... errr ... been naughty made me laugh out loud and smile for ages afterwards. Steaming hot, tender sensitive, varied and oh so much fun! I can't wait to read the rest of the series.
