Installed both of them, recalibrated the sticks and everything has been working well for the last few weeks.

Little Joycon caps are cool, build quality of the blue ones aren't as good as the red. They both fit though.

Already had tools so didn't try the ones provided.

Before I bought it, I've done research online and noticed quite a few people saying having drift issue with the new part. So I bought this pair to change one of my joycon. It's absolutely a wise decision cause first one of the new replacements I installed is drifting even more than my old one. Luckily the second one worked fine without drifting after installation.
To people considering DIY fixing drifting joycon and not so price sensitive, might be interesting to try your luck. Also definitely want to watch iFixit guide on youtube instead of the one showing on their page as zero experience person.
