Product Description

Warning: This book contains a relationship between a very male Gargoyle and a very male human. If reading about 2 men together isn't your cup of tea, you might want to pass on this story. If reading about two hot males loving each other is to your liking, please read on.

Jasper Jenkins was a solitary Gargoyle, feeling like he didn’t truly belong to a clan, until he moved to New Atlanta and joined the Stone Society. Now that he’s finally settling in, his past has reared its evil Gargoyle head and is targeting those around him, including the quirky M.E.’s assistant who happens to be his mate.

Trevor McKenzie’s life is no stranger to heartache and loneliness. His insecurities began when he found out he was cloned just in case his brother needed spare parts. As danger closes in, his boss confides in him that the “badass club” of gorgeous men he is surrounded by is really a Clan of Gargoyles. When he finds out he’s the chosen mate of the man he considers his best friend, the most gorgeous of the badasses, his insecurities multiply. Trevor must decide if Jasper’s love is real or merely a product of the mate bond.

Reaching back to his warrior roots, Jasper will stop at nothing to protect his mate as well as his Clan.

Beautifully told, I loved how Jasper's story was told.
The first 200 years of Jasper's life was filled with hardship, turmoil and loneliness. Betrayed by his father, he kept his sexuality preference to himself. Struggling in an age where things like this was never accepted, he accepted his fate.
Along with a new move he joins the Stone clan, eventually leading him to his mate Trevor.
Both have their own struggles, insecurities and a villain from Jasper's past to add to the mix.
With bodies stacking up around them, fate and a bond to seal, it's not an easy journey for either.
I loved the way Jasper's story was told and twists along the way. It kept me going wanting to know more.
The love shared between both was heart warming and hot.
It was great to see other characters in here too ànd look forward to reading Uri's story.
I enjoy how this book also runs concurrently with other books in the series.
It can be read on its own but great to read the other books too, so you can keep up with the overall plot.
Well worth the read.

the man – make that Gargoyle – was a god. HOLY GARGOYLES, GIBSON!!! Faith, you have done it yet again!! For the sixth wondrous time you have had me living life with The Stone Society, catching up with my Stone family & the Clan, meeting new Goyles and sharing their adventures!! And when they each meet & then woo their Mates, I am right there with them, laughing, cheering, praying, cursing, loving and even crying both for and AS each hunky, sexy, loyal & FANGTABULOUS Gargoyle! Even though every couple has gone on one helluva journey in order to find, convince then claim & mate their Mate, Jasper's affected me on a different, more deeper level. I don't know if it is because of it being a male/male romance, or because they are both scarred mentally & emotionally, needing a friend and each other, but not knowing how to do just that. Maybe because essentially they are both virgins in one way or another. Or is it because we have been following these characters from the beginning, getting to know them, liking, then loving them, watching & waiting for them to take that GOYLEGANTIC next step? Perhaps it’s because Faith has such an EXTRAGOYLENARY way with words that you can’t help but become one with each & every character and book?! It is because of ALL of those reasons and more!! While I found this book to be more raw, more emotional, more heart breaking & heart wrenching than the others, I also found it to be more touching, tender and heart-warming, making the ending a GOYLETACULAR one! The fact that Jasper's mate is Trevor didn't 'phase' me in the least, in fact, it made for one GOYLETASTIC story that I couldn't put down! I sure learnt a LOT!! wink LOL I have to say that Faith did a beautiful job with their story, making it as exceptional as they are!Read more ›

the 6th and definitely the best so far...
this has everything.. drama, regret, passion, humour and of course plenty of action.. as always the course of true love doesn't run smooth for our heroes.. but as we are learning when they accept the stength of the stone clan and are fully embraced by the "stone circle" they not only find themselves.. but also the way through.. both our heroes also come full circle and learn in order to move forward they need to confront the past.. as nothing other than matehood and family is written in stone.. fantastic story engaging on every level.. 5* .. note to readers.. if you took my advice and reconsidered reading Frey most of the back story is caught up. only minus the trauma...

5.0 out of 5 stars Jasper rocks!! 14 February 2017

I loved this book!! I can honestly say that this is my first m/m book in a series that I actually like and I've already gone back to read this one twice! I highly recommend you read this and not skip over it if m/m is not your forte. The reason? As in the previous books in this series, Jasper and Trevor's story actually starts a couple of books back before they become the main characters in their own book. If you have purchased the previous novels in this series, I suggest you go back and read the parts that involve these two so you'll get an understanding of where this book picks up. There is an underlying story that has run throughout this series and this further adds to the plot as well previous characters making appearances, so don't skip. I loved Jasper and how much he was stubbornly persistent and protected Trevor even when Trevor didn't want him around. I think my only complaint is that their story was so spread out in the last 2 books that had me going back to re-read their story so I could get the circumstances correct by the time I stared Jasper. Either way, if you've read this far into the series, you'll finally get to see these two come together

5.0 out of 5 stars Jasper (The Stone Society Book 6) 11 February 2016

What can I say about Jasper other than I really loved this book. Faith Gibson I think your books just keep getting better and better. Jasper is the 6th book in the Stone Society Series.

I think the Stone Society series is a MUST read. I never thought about Gargoyles as being such sexy, cute and hunky Alpha’s but they are! The reading order is: Rafael, Gregor, Dante, Frey, Nikolas and now Jasper.

There is a little WARNING on Jasper that Faith includes:
Warning: This book contains a relationship between a very male Gargoyle and a very male human. So if this isn’t your thing you might want to bypass this book. But, you will be missing an integral part of this series. But, don’t miss out on the other books in this series. I never thought I would love a book that had a Gargoyle as the romance lead. I mean Vampires, Wolves, and whatever else have been leads in romance books why not Gargoyles! I am in love with Gargoyles, this series and the author!

As in all my reviews I don’t like rewriting the Synopsis. I feel the authors have written the best one. We have caught glimpses of Jasper Jenkins in some of the other Stone Society Series books but, this is his & Trevor McKenzie's story. And, what a story it is! I loved the beginning, middle & the ending of this book. It is going to be so hard waiting until the next book comes out in this series. Thank you for no cliffhanger and for a book that lets you know this series will continue. And, no I can’t tell you about the ending you will need to read that for yourself.

I was gifted a copy of Jasper for an honest review but, I have my copy of Jasper on Pre-Order now. As always I have bought a copy of the books after they have been published. That is how much I love this series. I give Jasper 5+ stars.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Addition to Series 23 April 2016

Have read all of the Stone Society books. Really enjoy them and look forward to the next one.
The reason I like this series of books is that they focus on the building of good relationships and the importance of family and friends. Even though these books are paranormal, they are believable. The challenges faced by the main characters are interesting make the reader feel involved in the story.
