About the Author
Michelle was once an over-achiever, with a very cheeky inner critic sitting on her shoulder. Back then, she completed a law and commerce degree simultaneously - whilst helping women in domestic violence as a social worker. But even though she had done all the right things, she felt like something wasn't quite right. Her first awakening happened in a meditation retreat. There, she realised that her inner critic was out of control. And that her inner perfectionist had made her its bitch. With this awakening, Michelle decided to turn things around. She spent years seeking out life changing experiences. This included a year of silent meditation in the jungles of Thailand and the mountains of Australia. She also invested tens of thousands of dollars studying the science of human system: mind and body. With a geeky obsession, Michelle learnt the best practice techniques for creating change and transformation in the human system. Today, Michelle helps smart and savvy people get more out of life - without burning out. And with ease and joy. Since 2003, she has worked with clients across all levels: from juniors to senior executives. She does this using a simple system. This is shared with you in her first book: It's Supposed To Be Fun: How To Get Sh!t Done Without Being Hard On Yourself. This book has received rave reviews from professionals and business owners just like you. Today, Michelle continues to write a blog, coach, train and speak at motivational events.
