I am using it towards helping my kid with ADHD and anxiety to recognize social cues. If looking for more I have also been looking into the web based program 'the social express'. Working with people is inevitable at some point so arming your child to be able to handle being social is a valuable thing.

I had the chance to see Mr. Lavoie speak at Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto and very impressed with his presentation. He has so many great tools for parents and children. I highly recommend this book!

There is very little reliable information in the area of education, esp. in the area of LDs. This is one of the few gems that can actually provide meaningful ways of understanding and dealing with social issues in the context of LDs. Highly recommended!
