The book does do a good job of building up/scaffolding the difficulty of the problems ...Reviewed in the United States on 10 February 2016
Unfortunately there aren't a whole lot of other sources for this information. The book is poorly written and there are lots of errors in both the solutions at the back and the solution manual. That being said, if you need this for an engineering program, I STRONGLY suggest you work EVERY problem at the back of every chapter. The book does do a good job of building up/scaffolding the difficulty of the problems (which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of two).

great bookReviewed in the United States on 12 February 2020
This is a great book for anyone that would like to learn matlab. It takes you through everything step by step and shows examples.
AVOID THE KINDLE VERSION!Reviewed in the United States on 8 March 2011
This is for the kindle version: Bought this at the beginning of the semester. Several of the equations are wrong. Defining constants are missing. VERY POORLY composed e-book. I have to double check everything with a paperback copy from a fellow student. many of the tables are blurry and you cannot zoom in with the application you are allowed to use( it allows only text zoom). I want a refund.
