Product Description

Rated 18+ for explicit sexual content.
Olivia James is inexplicably drawn to a complete stranger with a seriously sexy Irish accent and a lethal kind of flare and charm. She desperately tries to resist him, but despite her efforts to push him away, Ethan O’Connell is the man who makes her burn with a powerful desire. She can’t deny the connection between them: shared dreams and memories they’re both experiencing and intense feelings that can’t be explained. They’re pulled toward each other by an overpowering universal energy, as if they’re destined to find each other. Convinced that they’re soul mates, bound together by their past lives, Ethan knows that she’s meant to be his. With a stubborn perseverance, he tears down the walls she’s built around her heart, even though he knows that the secret he harbors could make her walk away forever.

Just finished this and as Olivia so politely puts it during the book "I'm going to grab that b**** by the ovaries and use them to rip her uterus out through her nose" right now that's how I feel about Tricia Daniels, without giving too much away how could she do that to me, I kept trying to turn the page before realising it was the end of book one. I was enthralled by this book and it's a book not a novella but a long book but you don't notice as you get caught up in the story of Olivia and Ethan, soul mates somehow tied through time, but messed up in the here and now.
Ethan, what can I say but where an I find my own gorgeous Irishman who can dish out such corny lines as ".. Being around you seems to calm my inner turmoil" and yet they sound, and are so sincere. And with a wonderful accent to boot.
Olivia is struggling with demons from the past, allowing them to control her present and until she meets Ethan her future., there were definitely times when I just wanted to shake her and say get over it, while at the same time understanding why she acted the way she did. We can all be so unsure of ourselves that we listen to others and allow their opinions to sway our actions.
This is all written in the third person, that's the reason for the four not five star, sometimes it just misses the mark on this. Third person is extremely hard to write and becoming less popular, most of the time it's spot on but in a few scenes it's just not up to par. But overall it well written and you certainly become invested in all the characters, Rachel and Scott, Meagan, John and Shannon, all become alive and you become a part of their lives. And now I'm anxiously awaiting book two of the series.
I received a free copy for an honest review.
