5.0 out of 5 stars Most excellent! Highly recommended.

This is a very thought provoking, insightful and relevant book - with many good stories and examples.

I am a senior, experienced manager with a fortune 25 firm (and a former PAC 10 business school professor), who strongly recommends this book for anyone wanting to improve their leadership competencies and influence. This book correctly links ethics and principles to management / leadership practices - with an appropriate emphasis on personal responsibility. I look forward to reading this book a second time. - many nuggets of insights. - easy to read. Highly recommended.
