1.0 out of 5 starsGood book, but DON'T get the Kindle edition!

I own a hardcover copy of this great book, and wanted an electronic version of it. Unfortunately, there is absolutely no comparison between that book and the Kindle version. Even the author says (in her 1994 note that's part of the Kindle edition's preface):
"I think the drawings in Influencing With Integrity are essential to the meaning."
Well, not only is the Kindle version missing the drawings, it's also missing essential graphics and photos that were present in the original, and the text formatting is frequently botched. There is no table of contents. Other tables are weirdly shrunk and difficult to read, with weird alignments.
Without a table of contents, it's impossible to use this version as a reference, unless maybe you want to create your own by manually highlighting headings yourself (and then not highlighting anything else). And without illustrations, how are you supposed to see the skin color and other changes the book talks about recognizing?
(Luckily I borrowed the e-book version from the Kindle Lending Library instead of actually buying it.)
If you want a copy of this fine book, I suggest picking up a used hardcover instead of the Kindle version. It'll cost a lot less and you'll learn (and enjoy it) a lot more.
