I really loved this book. We have two very young lovers who are torn apart when one of them gets cancer. She doesn’t want him to know so she just disappears. Several years later they meet again and rekindle their love. Another scare sends everyone into panic mode. Read the book for a very happy ending.

Loved itReviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 December 2019
This story is a bit different from Elizabeth’s normal books. It’s subject matter but very close to home for me. I loved reading about Jake and Megan and can’t wait for Jackson’s story now. I always enjoy a book by Elizabeth Lennox as she never disappoints, I enjoyed this one that bit more because of Megan’s journey. I received this book in exchange for an honest review.

Heart warming storyReviewed in the United States on 16 December 2019
I loved this story of courage and love. Jake was broken by his girlfriends' sudden disappearance while in college. She still held a place in his heart but anger and hurt was Jake's default setting. Young college student Megan loved Jake but found out she had a terrible aggressive cancer. Megan didn't want Jake to go through the horrors of cancer and her possible death so she went home and left Jake with little notice. After her long treatments and recovery, Megan runs into Jake at his company where she went to get help with a program she created to help fight cancer. Jake's company has what she needs to complete her work. After some uneasiness, they find they are still in love. Tough subject but such a joyfull ending. Linda
