This series is starting to have a more distinctive Agatha Christie feel to it, the great AC was one of my favourite authors when I was growing up. The story has a distinctive mystery vibe, a little sneaking around with the possibility of being caught which would throw the investigation into jeopardy.
The character development takes centre stage for me, some to love, loath or tolerate, captivating scenes, a couple of red herrings thrown in for good measure. I do enjoy the interaction with these characters, with each other and their environment. It makes it a well-rounded story, which flows well and easy to follow.
If you are enjoying this series, I do believe you’ll enjoy this instalment with equal relish.
