A friend referred this book to me, and this is one book that is worth keeping. I can honestly say I have never heard of Keto before, but the author held my hand and explained everything to me. This book is on time for me, see I am trying to lose weight for the summer so I can fit in my Bikinis.
The author really did her research, and I can see the passion and care she took in putting this book together. I especially love the seven-day meal plan that is in the book and the smoothies, so much so that I am sticking to the program and I already lost 10 to 15 pounds in 5 days. Wow Sarah, thanks for the information. I will definitely recommend this book to anyone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle.
