Like most nutrition books there is a lot of information. This is exhausting to read but has some good information in it.

Not what I thought

Too much selling of the product they are promoting which is very expensive. Some of the information was helpful. Would not recommend.

Wow, where has this info been all my life!?!
Reviewed in the United States on 2 November 2013Verified Purchase
THE most common sense book this 60+ year old reader has ever read on the subject of weight lost and/or control. I have struggled with weight all my life, and this is the first time I have lost weight virtually effortlessly and been able to keep it of, because it's a complete life-style change for me. While it's now true that I have some health-related issues related to being overweight/obese most of my teen and adult life, I am now more active and healthier than I have been in probably 50 years. There is nothing drastic about this approach to weight loss. The premise is: it's hard to lose weight if you're hungry. Duh. So how to not be hungry? If you can manage your hunger, then you can lose weight. Wishing I could thank the authors for this piece of amazing work and hoping others read this book, since it has the potential to change lives permanently and for the better.
