Louise Koch, Strategic Advisor & Keynote Speaker, Sustainable Innovation Lead. Corporate Sustainability Director, International Region, Dell Technologies.
Malene has nailed the challenge of today’s marketers; how to reach people. When we stop thinking of customers as numbers and start thinking of them as human, we make a connection. Marketing Made Human does just that. And if you want to succeed in marketing or business you need to follow this advice from Malene. This book was a pleasure to read. I kept nodding my head throughout! I loved it!
Barbara Gobbi, Entrepreneur and Marketing Strategist
This book changed how I feel about sales and marketing. Malene simply hacked the way we traditionally viewed marketing. As a purpose-driven leader, I now see my role as a marketer in a different light and I realize marketing is about generosity and giving to the person in front of you, what you wish you could give to many. Marketing is about caring for people. It’s not about you. I loved how this book explains the sources of my previous struggle and offers a way to implement a new way of marketing my business that is much better suited to who I am and what people want.

I have always been a strict parent, I have high expectations of my boys, myself, my husband... I have been going about reaching those high expectations the wrong way all my life it would appear! Having read the first few pages, it was clear that my attitude needed a drastic rethink. I tried to put the suggested teaching to work and instantly my eldest responded well. I can see him growing in confidence before my eyes and he's started talking openly about his life. I am humbled. Even the woman who knew everything, didn't. I'm still learning, and so are my family, but these two ladies have persuaded me that their way is better than mine ever was. It's not easy, and I forget easily, slipping into my old habits, but I believe this something really worth working at. I can't recommend it highly enough.
The best part was .... One morning my 10 yes hero stood in front of me with this book in his hands and said... U have become polite coz u r reading this book, I have read.. It is about handling kids....
I thought what next now enemy has known my secrets. ...
Keep reading.. And enjoy
Good so far as the text is concerned. My complaint is in a kindle format, pictures and their dialogue boxes are too small and not adaptable to enlargement. There are a lot of such pages in this book.
10/10 would recommend to any parent who wants to make sure they have a good relationship with their child.
No more tantrums and no more fights.
Learn how to communicate properly
One to keep and continue to refer to over the years. I had fallen into a bad habit of saying "do this, otherwise this will happen" and I wasn't happy with the almost bullying tone that was developing. This book gave me lots of other ways of speaking to my child and has had a very positive impact on our relationship. An excellent book.
I am more able to cope with issues and have a number for tools to help me through trying situations.
It was nice to feel somebody was empathising with the struggles of bringing up children, regardless of how many you have and thir ages.
STRONGLY RECCOMMEND THIS BOOK!!
