That there are people out there that do care and is willing to help others....6 September 2019 - Published on Amazon.com
This past summer I started having my granddaughter write in a journal for several reasons. One being to improve her handwriting and sentence structure. But she didn't know what to write. So I purchased Dr. Morris-Newsom's book and OMG it was like magic. We now can sit and talk about what she writes. Weather it be about her feelings or how she would like to see herself in the future. I highly recommend this book for all young women...

I bought this book for my 12 year old daughter i found this to be an excellent guide for her one thing that really stood out to me was the topic of hygiene and monthly cycle sometimes our girls are not so willing to talk about that and the book talks about how our girls should keep up with hygiene.
Hidden Gem.. Good Read !3 September 2019 - Published on Amazon.com
As a adult woman I found this book very insightful to use as my daughter grows. The author Dr. Crystal addresses various key topics that our pre-teens and teenagers deal with on a daily. I recommend Moms and Daughters using this book to help open communication on the awkward topics. Good read 💕
