I enjoyed reading yet another book in the ballistic cowboys series, and I can't wait for the next book to come out so I can read it to. I would recommend it to anyone who has been reading this series.
good book!Reviewed in the United States on 10 April 2018
I really enjoyed this book. It had action, suspense, and romance. The heroine of the story was a strong independent lady. Her mother died when she was growing up. Her dad raised her on the family ranch. She loved the ranch, the animals, and didn’t mind the work that went along with living on a ranch. Her dad talked her into moving to the city after high school. She promised her dad she would give the city 5 years and see how things turned out. 3 years in, she got a phone call that changed her life forever. Her dad had died. They said her dad feel off of his horse and hit his head. Her dad had been riding since he was a kid. She wonders if someone killed him, and why. She came home, ready to run the family ranch. Someone was trying to run her off. She was shot at, and other stuff happened. Hawkeye was working with the Department of Homeland Security. He quickly became Olivia Dawson’s body guard and protector. The story was well written, and kept my attention.

The plot thickensReviewed in the United States on 5 April 2019
Hawkeye is in Wyoming on assignment to help and protect Liv, but plans are afoot. It’s a whodunit of the first order. Yes, bodies are falling and perps are caught, but the mastermind with the money behind it all still eludes identification and capture. In the meantime, there’s a HEA in the works for another of the cowboys.

Didn't hold my interest like first two books.Reviewed in the United States on 8 June 2017
Story was ok but after the first third of book I felt like we were going over the same stuff just later in the book. I mean how many times can a person be knocked out. Will read next book in series but didn't feel this one moved story a long. We already knew someone with deep pockets was pushing this. Least favorite of the three so far.

Good book in the series. I liked the ranch characters and storyline. I Liked the hero's family sad ranch history another emotional challenge
