This was both the perfect and most beautiful way to end this amazing series. A conclusion definitely worth waiting for. As with the previous two books in this series, Nina De Vries and Matthew Zola must suffer more heartache and pain to reach the happiness they desire.
Even though their relationship began as an illicit affair, from the very beginning they knew it was destined to become so much more meaningful. Together they have grown in strength and the love they share only makes them stronger, both as individuals and as a couple. I cheered as Nina refused to become a victim of her situation and fought for herself and for those she holds dear. This book really brought out her tenacity and her fight.
Many secrets were revealed between Nina and Matthew, and I loved how they face them together, instead of walking away from them and one another. This couple really worked well together, and I loved every step of the journey that they took to reach their destination. It was a journey of betrayal, secrets, lies, power, friendship, family, and love, involving a heartbreaking storyline, many passionate scenes and emotions that run rife.
So this was the conclusion to the Rose Gold Series and everything got tied up nicely. To be honest I was a little disappointed that there was no more interaction or bonding between Nina's daughter Olivia and Mathew in fact there was no appearance of her at all in this book she was only mentioned by name. which I thought was a bit odd and strange as they were going to be related as stepfather/stepdaughter and If I remember only met maybe once or twice in book two. It looks like there could be a story up next about Mathew's sister Frankie and Xavier but I'm not too sure If I'm that interested enough in them to want to read it.
So, I randomly woke up at 4am in release day, thought, I’m awake I’ll check it’s there and maybe read first chapter... by 7am I was 45% through... I then had to force myself to put it down but honestly couldn’t and despite the usual daily routines, by bedtime I was done.
I loved it from start to finish, and I can’t wait to read the extended epilogue - the link won’t work?!?!
I want more Matthew and Nina, however for now I’m already wanting Franki and Xavi’s story - no pressure!!!

Nicole finishes The Rose Gold series perfectly. This is in my opinion her best work yet! this book will pull all the feels out of you and make you want to come back for more. Matthew and Nina are one of my favorite couples Nicole has ever come up with. They show what love should feel and look like, in all aspects life. I hope we get more of them in the future!

Matthew Zola is just about the swooniest man! 😍 GAH! I have to say that I absolutely LOVE how Nina handles herself! She has every reason to be wary of love and of being with Matthew, yet she is still open to the idea. Even after everything that she has been through with men she still has hope that she can still get her HEA. She is one of those heroines that people may not see as strong but she has got strength in spades! Now... on to Matthew. This man! You get the idea pretty early in that he is going to fight like crazy to get his woman back and to make her feel safe with him again! A lot of men say that they will give up everything for the woman they love, but they aren't always faced with the actual situation to prove it. Matthew totally puts his money where is mouth is!
Nicole has, yet again, found a way to make me laugh, cry, swoon, grin like a fool and get a bit hot and bothered ALL IN ONE BOOK! Nicole tends to write a lot of trilogies, which results in cliffhangers. If you have read my reviews before you KNOW that I HATE them with a passion! Nicole has a way of making them totally worth it. The end ALWAYS has me feeling like this entire story it worth the wait! (this book is the final in the trilogy, so no cliffy here)
This book has all the feels. All the crazy family drama! All the love 2 people can share! I give this book 5 swoony stars..... and as for the trilogy as a whole..... they suspense, the swooning, the drama.... all worth 5 stars also! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
