Then I started using it in earnest. I did miss a few days and that's where I saw the benefits and also what I had been doing all along with other planners. One of my Achilles heals got exposed, that sucks, but is ultimately the best thing and why you would use and do this
You may well stumble a bit at first in how to use it, but go read or listen to the book. As you come to understand Brendon's philosophy and High Performance Habits the planner will come to life for you. As someone else noted your momentum will rise and things will feel more achievable

Looking at the other reviews of this item, I realize that a lot of people are reviewing Brendon Burchard, not this planner. I ordered the one year set to break up and give as gifts. Started exploring my copy as soon as I received them. The book is made with good quality paper, bindings, and cover. Lots of writing prompts! Everyday, every week, every month, reviewing your goals, and your steps toward those goal. Awesome!
However, it is undated, with a place for the date to be written in at the top of each daily page. I started writing the date and then the day of the week at the top of each page and soon came to realize how tedious it was. And time consuming.
Each planner book ONLY contains two one-month calendars, which on the surface doesn’t sound unreasonable. EXCEPT: One calendar is half way through (at the beginning of the second month of this two-month planner) and another calendar at the end. There Is No Calendar at the beginning of the planner. I’ve had to print out a blank calendar page to tuck into the front cover so I have the current month to look at. The One-Month Calendar at the end of the daily pages has a header that indicates it is a way to plan the next month (for the next book in the system). I would need to make a copy of that calendar to tuck into the front of the next planner. Or plan to carry two of them at any given time. The book is not light or flexible which is not a bad thing. Carrying more than one copy of the planner plus a personal journal everywhere can had heft to my computer bag for traveling.
Brendon says you have to put your product out there in order to perfect it. Maybe this is still a work in progress. Except for the two items listed above it is a great planner.
I love how it’s directly inline with High Performance Habits the book.
It has a spot for everything - brain dump, notes, space for every hour for time blocking or appointments, HPH questions AM AND PM to keep focused, the weekly review that Brendon does himself (which I always forgot to do before), and a space for the month and monthly goals.
Two months in one book is awesome! And you can’t beat the price.
The only con (personally): the day starts at 6am and ends at 7:30, but my day starts at 5am (sometimes 4am) and ends at 9pm or 10pm. There is blank space above 6 and space below 7:30, so I can add in, but would love to see next round of planners start at 5am and go to 8pm, and makes the notes section smaller. And a lay flat spin would be beyond awesome!
Also- you can’t beat the price for the quality!!
As I was initially looking over the planner, I noticed that it only blocked out a 14 hour section of your day to schedule. Initially I wondered why they would limit it to just the 14 hour section they did, then I realized that part of being a High performer is taking time to rest and recharge and even giving yourself some unscheduled time each day along with getting a proper amount of sleep, and the idea that a planner could, by design, encourage that, is awesome.
The questions he has you ask yourself daily, weekly and monthly are boss, like if I do that every day for 90 days I know I'll see some major life and business shifts.
But if it were my only planner I would be a bit sad. It's huge (8.5x11) and there could be better use for space.
In saying all of that I want to say Bravo Brendon for getting this planner out. The self-reflection piece alone is worth the price of the planners. Plus if you've been following Brendon for any length of time and read his books or taken a course you know this planner will be better than printing off the worksheets on a daily or weekly basis.
I will be using this more like a journal and tracker of my mindset than a tracking of my goals. I will purchase another annual subscription next year I feel like this was worth my money.
