I have read all of the books in the Beth Williamson Malloy family series and enjoyed everyone. This one is about a gunfighter introduced in the book about Brett Malloy.. Cade Brody(once known as Kincade the gun fighter)has hung up his guns and wants nothing more than to be left alone.He leaves Wyoming and moves to the small town of Eustace,New Mexico . His first day in town he meets the widow who runs the town store and there is instant attraction on both sides.Sabrina is a strong independent woman and once she decides that Cade is the man for her she has prove to him that although he has a checkered past,including a very rough childhood and years as a killer for hire;he us worthy of and capable of giving love.
What makes it a great read:
1 Ms Williamson is great at describing the old west.
2 The interaction of secondary characters with the H&H were great.
3 Her back stories of the main characters was really well done. You understand so well why Cade felt unworthy of love and you see how the people of the town and Sabrina helped him to realize that he could put the past behind and start over. You learn that Sabrina was really a woman of great compassion and ability to forgive because of her past experiences.
4 Last but not least the sex sizzles.

My Favorite Malloy Family is not even related! I was hesitant to even buy this book. I was very into the whole family and Cade Brody is not technically family. I figured, as was true, there are no Malloy Family updates in this book. But was still a great read! Cade is real and tries his best to push everyone and everything away. Obviously that doesn't work. I loved this book!

I haven't read anything by this author until I start reading the series I really enjoy it flows very well the storyline is told very well it's not all over the place and I love how you laugh in the book with the people in there an actual story some books you don't find that and I like that you get involved with it you get involved in the peoples lives in these books and I enjoy that

Sabrina and Case were perfect opposites. The very things that should have torn them apart, seemed to strengthen them. I did not find that Sam's daughter added to the story at all. Bernice,on the other hand, was delightful.

I really enjoyed this story! It was my first from Beth Williamson and I am eager to read more of her work. The story moved along quickly, never got dull and the banter between Cade and his "squatter" made me chuckle. The steamy scenes were HOT. While there was a part of the story that is not for the faint of heart,the author did not dwell upon it. It was mentioned, my heart broke for Cade & I moved on as Cade did with Sabrina.
