Hearts Never Lie (Lily's House Book 4) Kindle Edition
About the Author
International bestselling author Rachel Branton has worked in publishing for over twenty years. She loves writing women's fiction and traveling, and she hopes to write and travel a lot more. As a mother of seven, it's not easy to find time to write, but the semi-ordered chaos gives her a constant source of writing material. She warns her children that if they don't behave, they just might find themselves in her next book! She's been known to wear pajamas all day when working on a deadline, and is often distracted enough to burn dinner. (Okay, pretty much 90% of the time.) A sign on her office door reads: Danger. Enter at Your Own Risk. Writer at Work. Under the name Rachel Branton, she writes romance, romantic suspense, and women's fiction. Rachel also writes urban fantasy, paranormal romance, and science fiction under the name Teyla Branton. 3 for 1Reviewed in the United States on 17 June 2019
In book 4 if Lily’s house we 3 great stories. I guess I should have read the promo but since I didn’t I was surprised when I’m really loving Zoeys story and next chapter is Ruth! I actually thought I had downloaded a preview for a moment. I enjoyed all the stories but wished they were all a bit longer even though they each continued the arc forward especially Zoeys. I had to knock off 1 star though for all the typos. As I can’t type and use a small phone I usually ignore most of them as a Kindle reader because it seems to be the new and very annoying norm. This author must have changed editors because there were quite a few and I would have to reread lines disrupting the flow and as I have read 3 series in a row that did not have this issue. Will read Saffron’s story next.

Three interwoven stories kept me enthralled and eager for more. Life and love can be hard when you have come from a foster care background. Even as adults, these three women still feel the ghosts of their pasts. But healing can happen, and as life moves on , love can form new memories full of joy.
Wonderful storyReviewed in the United States on 7 January 2021
I enjoyed this story of Zoey, Ruth & Bianca when they are adults & dealing with the issues of adulthood. All of the stories in this series are excellent & worth the time to read. I think Ms. Branton is an excellent writer.
Another great story!Reviewed in the United States on 23 May 2017
I've enjoyed the romance stories that Rachael has written. She puts heart into every character, makes them & their stories believable. I really enjoy how she shows the good that one person can make in the lives of others, & how each of these girls grow into better, productive, contributing women. She gives them a chance to see the best in themselves & rise above their past.
