Review number three from me, for a fantastic author that knows how to write a story that will either keep you up late at night, or find you looking for spare minutes in your day to find out what happens next! I've now read
A Certain Malice
and
An Easeful Death
, and Harum Scarum didn't disappoint as I got to read more about the fantastic character Stevie Hooper. My father recommended Felicity Young books after meeting her just over a month ago, and I have now read all four of her books in less than four weeks...and I want more!!
Once again Felicity Young books tell us tales about current issues in the world, and cyber predators is one issue that could scare anyone in to turning their computer off! Fantastic characters, plot and story keep you hooked, and as a reader living in Perth myself, it was sometimes a little too real as the characters are connected to places I know and spend time in!!!
Once again I confidently state that Patterson, Reichs, Slaughter, Cornwell should look out, as Felicity Young's style of writing has surpassed some of the titles I have read by these crime writers. Violence and unbelievable relationships have seen me turn away from many of my favourite authors, but Harum Scarum and other Young titles allow the reader to get involved with a story without feeling squeamish or rolling their eyes at another relationship issue that didn't need to be in a story. I've said in other reviews that Felicity Young titles are well worth the download to your Kindle if you're looking for a mystery that keeps you hooked! So click and download to your Kindle, and enjoy the read!

When the body of 11-year-old Bianca Webster is found dumped it is soon clear to DS Stevie Hooper that the murder is connected to paedophile Internet site, the Dream Team. Another murder leads her to suspect that she might have a vigilante on her hands. Cyber Technology spins at the heart of this thriller; Katy Enigma, Lolita, Harum Scarum; just who or what lies beneath these Internet nicknames? Stevie Hooper finds herself racing against time to discover the identities before another child is taken.

Good Aussie Crime Novel

This was an easy read, good little crime novel based in Australia, i feel Felicity can still develop as a writer having only read this book of hers.
