5.0 out of 5 stars “You rarely know what creates the beauty you see in front of you.” 7 February 2017

Author, Haidji, writes with a subtle and artistic touch. These stories are stylishly written, skillfully drawn, lyrical and yet thought-provoking. Harables: Short Stories 2 is a collection of tales that imparts wisdom and demands reflection. I found myself absorbing the messages imparted rather than just reading for the sake of reading.

This book will take you on a compelling journey that will stay with you long after you have turned the last page. A book which has been beautifully written and is ultimately a book you simply can’t put down. I, for one, feel all the richer for having read it. There’s no doubt that this author is uniquely talented and I’ll be looking forward to reading more from her in the future.

If you are looking for something fresh, unique and imaginative, these short stories would come highly recommended from me. Five stars.

5.0 out of 5 stars FIRST THE AUTHOR EXPOUNDS . . . NOW IT’S YOUR TURN 22 May 2017
By Robin Leigh Morgan - Published on Amazon.com
I received a signed copy of this book from the author through a giveaway she had on LibraryThing; and the following is my honest opinion.

The author, Haidji, takes a quote, which can be considered the essence, from each of her 15 short stories and then expounds on it.

The best way to read each of these stories is not to rush through them, as you might miss something in the process; and to get the full impact of what Haidji is writing is to read it a second time. The reason for this I believe is her thought provoking style of writing, which is something you don’t read that often. There’s a certain wonderful mixture and balance in the detailed imagery that’s created in your mind, an imagery where you find yourself pondering over what you’ve just read.

A good adjective to describe these short stories is to say they’re quite enlightening. Enlightening to the extent that you’ll find yourself relating to the stories on a personal level.

For having given her readers a marvelous excursion of your own existence, I’m happy to give Haidji 5 STARS for her endeavor here.

5.0 out of 5 stars I highly recommend it 1 December 2016
By Archit Ojha - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
Haidji's stories and poems have always been the best of the best I can recommend to anyone.

Harables 2 is a unique and thoughtfully woven collection of short stories.

Each of these tales speaks volumes about how intelligently they might have been pondered upon.

Honored to have read an exceptional writer Haidji!

A collection of short stories can't be better than this.

She picks up the characters we can relate to easily and narrates you about them as if those characters are your best-friends.

They seem to real, so close, so true.

She stimulates the naughty yet innocent, laughing yet thoughtful kid inside you and formulates the sweet and caring equations that you didn't know existed.

As I already have said and I'll say it once more, her books are a blessing.

Reading Haidji's books is the super-duper Christmas gift I had received.

After reading it, I'm certain that Haidji possesses world-class qualities!

One of which is writing and another is representing it to the world!

Verdict : Having a tough day? Read Harables and forget what the word 'tough' is!

5.0 out of 5 stars A very awesome book cover 10 February 2017
By Tony Parsons - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition
My favorites: final destinations; candles; Lob’s castle; hypothetical world; the pine tree.
I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one.

Thought provoking!

A very awesome book cover, great font & writing style. 15 very well written philosophical short stories (book). They were all very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. A very easy rating of 5 stars.

Thank you for the free self-published; Autographed; paperback book
