I'm so happy to have this book! Elise is a wonderful mindfulness meditation teacher (as anyone who has completed her Mindful in May program would know) and an innovator in the mindfulness field. Her new book is evidence-based and practical (unsurprising given her medical background), but at the same time inspiring and uplifting. This is a wonderful handbook for happiness for both beginners and experts alike.
This book is not just very informative, but also very well written. Beautiful use of language, with examples relating to the research and concepts that are relevant and memorable. Wonderful that everything is backed up by research, not just opinions. I highly recommend this book.
Elise's book had me engaged from page 1 with her personal anecdotes and wellresearched evidence to support mindfulness practice. The content fows well and it is an excellent introduction to mindfulness with very practical tools and guidance on how to incorporate this practice in your life. A must have bedside table book.
A fantastic book - full of wellresearched and thorough background on the mindfulness activities, as well as practical, step-by-step processes that can easily be completed each day. I'm looking forward to seeing the benefits over the month but can feel a shift already.

Elise Bialylew is in a class of her own! This is a much needed book and very practical for anyone to read and implement in their lives. Elise steps you through each day and week with reflections, questions, activities and recipes! It's wellresearched, easy to read and enjoyable. Highly recommend it.
