The Happiness Plan is a very enjoyable read while at the same time offering guidance which is scientifically based and great for people who are time poor like me. The author has written the book in a human not clinical way that kept me totally absorbed from the moment I started to read it. She has a way with words that make you feel she is speaking to you personally. I highly recommend it.
This book is not just very informative, but also very well written. Beautiful use of language, with examples relating to the research and concepts that are relevant and memorable. Wonderful that everything is backed up by research, not just opinions. I highly recommend this book.
