I think the title is somewhat misleading. "7 Habits" is not about actual habits of effective people, it will not tell you do this and do that and you will be effective, like "wake up early and start your day with meditation", claiming that it will make you effective.
Instead this book will tell about paradigms, principles and mindsets that would make you an effective person. These are deeper than actual actions or habits, that is what drives them.
Although some ideas in the book may sound too idealistic, there is still plenty of ideas to absorb and actionable items to start doing right now.
I will definitely read it again.
