If someone wants to change their mentality and get their work done at a certain amount of time, or simply do something that they really want to but haven’t “gotten around to it”, then its more crucial to change them from the inside. Here is what I mean, there are no “strategies” that is going to work unless you do in order for you to work you need to change your habits.

So what are habits exactly, simply put it’s a practice or a tendency that an individual performs that is hard to give up.So your habits cue your mind to do or act a certain way, But if you do something different for a prolonged period of time you could change your habit to a new one. The only way to achieve this to do it for a prolonged period of time, most habits take twenty-one days to change. So roughly it takes three weeks, for your brain to reprogram and change habits, but for those three weeks you will require a lot of willpower in order for change to happen.Keep doing your new habit until it feels like second nature, that’s when it means you have changed your habit. Later in this book, we will be discussing those habits, that will take you to the road of efficiency.

In my experience, if you would like to achieve something in life a certain thing in life. You will have to work on it and you will have to keep pushing thru the adversities it presents to you along the way, Now when that happens some give up and the ones that keep going are then ones that succeed. In order for you to be successful you will need the right habits, habits that will make you more efficient at your work or goal.
