International Strategic Marketing Executive
I found this book by Dr Benjamin illuminating. It reminded me of the importance of knowing oneself,
knowing what one wants to do, and what one is capable of doing.
I worked with Colin Benjamin on a change management program at the Australian subsidiary of a
leading Japanese vehicle maker, to deliver alignment between Vision, Mission, and the cascading of
objectives, to achieve the President’s goals.
This objective was achieved, and I believe this book represents the next step in the evolutionary process
of strategy development.
This material empowers individuals, communities, and/or corporations to harness the power of the
mind in a positive manner to achieve outcomes, whether this be the employment of an individual’s
resources, or the achievement of worthy corporate goals.
This book takes us to a three-dimensional tool-shed that helps us understand ourselves, and others, in
the achievement of strategic outcomes, and to clearly see the gaps that exist in our thinking process.
Strategy is, quite simply put, an action plan with checks to achieve a specifi ed outcome. This book
shows the individual how they can decide to do this.
