Although, Edwina Shaw's book is focused on being a practical and applicable guide to dealing with grief and loss, many of the suggested techniques and approaches are simply perfect for generally improving your mental and physical well-being. This book is crafted with kindness and love, allowing it to be applied even in times of deep pain, and in small enough chunks that it is easy to use. Highly recommended.

This book was written beautifully and I read it in two sessions. It's full of practical and creative ideas to support anyone going through the grieving process. Edwina Shaw writes with knowledge, empathy and kindness. What a fabulous book to have in my library, to dip into whenever required.

I love this book. Written in an engaging and accessible style, Edwina Shaw's wisdom and experience shines through her guide through grief. With practical tools, yoga exercises, and a range of creative activities, this book is ideal for anyone in any stage of the grieving process. In a style reminiscent of The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron -- which has helped heal so many blocked artists -- this book will heal your grieving heart and soul. Highly recommended.

A kind and tender approach to a very difficult subject. I found the advice to be sensitive and positive, and the activities practical. Helped me a great deal. I highly recommend everyone to have this book in their heart and soul first aid kit.

Einfühlsames Buch über TrauerarbeitReviewed in Germany on 9 November 2020
