This book gave me so much information about green juicing. I learned that fruit and vegetables provide the body with different nutrients. The recipes were fun and easy to make. I found the juicing tips to be very helpful. After a week of juicing, I felt less tired and I had more energy to spend working out and this helped me in my overall weight loss. How often do you hear that you need to eat more green because it is was it better for you health? I found it so hard to make green vegetable be part of my every day life, but with the help of this book that all changed. I drink my green every day and it does not taste as bad as I thought it might. I fell more alive and healthier and even lost 5 pounds with only butting the green juice as part of my diet.

I recently got this recipe book and I love everything I have tried so far. The recipes are easy and simple to follow and the items used aren't outrageous. I enjoyed the tips and things in the beginning of the book that help one understand the process of juicing. I have never juiced before but decided to try it to help detox and provide nutrients I don't otherwise normally get when cooking, this book is a great source of knowledge and recipes to accomplish that goal. I don't have to worry about using something odd that I have never heard of before, most of the ingredients used I already have in my kitchen. I cannot wait to try out some of the other recipes.
