I like this series, I was a bit disappointed that the 3rd book had a different main character because I was loving Delta but finding out they were related and it’s still the same story went a long way to soothe my soul and I was back to loving it by the end of the book and looking forward to reading this one. Great plot, awesome characters and well written. 5 stars 🌟 all the way, though I am tempted to do one just to get a dedication 🤣🥰🌟
2 stars: Pretty poor. I usually get through these books by skipping a number of chapters.
3 stars: OK for a light read, but nothing special.
4 stars: Really enjoyable - good writing, good story. Might read again.
5 stars: Outstanding - great story, great writing, will definitely re-read.
This was borderline 3 stars. You really need to read the previous three books to get the most of this one. While its a separate story, it builds on the previous books. Some really unpleasant stuff happens to the MC, but there is no real exploration of that, and the book suffers a little for that IMO.
Toreon was such a great character - broken and vulnerable but such a good match for Sable. I loved the first part of the book and the interactions between Sable and Toreon in the cells - really tugs at your heartstrings. Ire was cool too.
Now I want to go and research Ivy and Raven's dedication :-).

Original storylines!! I read a lot of this genre and that does mean a lot of similar storylines, but this series is totally original. It's also smart and feisty and funny and the perfect amount of sexy. The male characters are also deliciously unexpected.
