I bought these of Amazon.au for 2 for $18 including shipping!!!! I’m very impressed with them. Not high impact support but enough for easy wearing. I’m usually a 10f (32f) but 12g (34g) when pregnant. I bought a large and very generous in the bust. Decided to buy a M as a little large in the band.
I am really fussy about bras. Trying to find a non-wired, cotton-rich, seem free, lace free, plus size nursing bra is no mean feat, yet here we are!!
Pros are that this bra meets all of those criteria, it's ideal for people with chronic pain, fragile and sensitive skin, sore nipples, etc. It's great for people with e.g. autism who can get distressed about pinching or itchy fabric too.
My only three criticisms:
1) It can be annoying/laborious to put on because the nursing clasps come undone when you pull it over your head, it can get tangled, caught in your hair, it's confusing to work our how to reassemble when it's half-on, and well, l just a bit annoying. It's not a huge issue for me just now, but it might be difficult if I have a C-section or if my shoulders are playing up.
2) It pushes your boobs together to create support. That's just the style of bra, and wasn't a suprise, but if you're not used to it, understand you'll get sweaty boobs and your boob shape might not look quite as you expect in some clothes. Still better than having visible diagonal seams showing though, in my view, but it's not to everyone's taste I guess.
3) I'm already in the biggest cup size. I could do with one size bigger for after the baby is born.
Because of the first and last of these points, I'm going with this option:
Fits lovely round the back cup size is obviously larger but I ordered a 5xl so didn't expect any different it's my go to bra for comfort and is also pretty discrete when it comes to colder days if you get my drift I'm a size 20-22 With a pretty hefty bump with a cup size of around a dd and a back size of 46 or 48
This is as good as it looks on images. It's the most comfy nursing bra I've had so far and I've gone through 7 different styles. Others have driven me crazy, either the straps are too small, you have no lift/support, the hooks bend out of shape so you can't fasten it, the nursing clip doesn't fully click so pops open oooor you fall out the front of it. I can safely say there is no chance of any of this happening with this one. It's lovely and comfortable, has a nice soft feel to the fabric so it's gentle on your skin. The elastic band sits under the bust nicely and offers extra support. The way the back is shaped gives your shoulders a break from that extra weight you carry (when you refill) and the straps are a perfect width that they don't dig in and don't leave shoulder marks. The adjusters are at the front too so as the day goes on you can loosen them easily if needed. They wash great and made very well. I loved it that much I ordered 2 more. I went up to a size 36G, I'm a bit smaller than that now so I opted for the XL. Im a size 14 and big busted if that helps for you on sizing.
I'm currently 34 weeks pregnant and hoping to breastfeed when my baby is here. I've always been big busted and a "plus size" girl. I was really struggling to find a good nursing bra. My boobs are not small and discreet to breastfeed easily in public so I wanted a bra I would feel secure in. I was really stuck on what size to get but after reading reviews, went for a 4XL.
My bra size is 42/44J/JJ depending on shop etc. I wear a size 26 - 32 on top depending on shop. I went for 4XL. I tried it on and its easy to put on. Very comfortable when on. The nursing function is easy to use and capable to do 1 handed which I imagine will be useful! Looks like it can be easily adjusted so I feel confident that as my boobs increase/decrease with feeding, the bra will fit. I feel really supported too.
This is all pregnant review but I feel comfortable and confident with this - so much so I'm ordering some more so I'm truly prepared!
So far I love it! I looked at soooooo many maternity bra’s and was a little cautious buying one off Amazon but I’m so glad I did! I wanted something to sleep in with no clasps at the back but finding one for bigger chests wasn’t easy! I’m a 44G in my 3rd trimester and ordered the XXL and as soon as I put it on it was so comfortable. I wasn’t too fussed on the clasps for feeding (not sure I will be able to yet) but the comfort alone is worth it I couldn’t find any other goods anywhere for bigger especially at this price
Great bra, comfortable and supportive. Before pregnancy I was a 34FF size 12-14. I have no idea what I am now (20 weeks pregnant) but I’m a lot bigger in both ways! I ordered an XXl first which was a little too roomy so ordered an xl and it’s perfect. Also hoping to use to breastfeed so very useful. Not sure I will ever go back to an underwire bra at this rate...I would recommend ordering a size and sending it back if it’s not quite right as amazon offer free returns, it’s worth it to get the right size in the end!
I am post pregnancy litrally just. Wearing a 4244 G-J depending where shopping (once milk came in) I got a 4XL Fits great Very comfy .no wires, works exactly as should with clip cups. Can adjust straps to give myself some lift, not exactly like a wonder bra lol. But as good as getting for comfort. Only bra I can tolerate currently post c section. Just ordered Another as as so impressed. Price is great, anyone looking for nursing bra with larger under bust and large cup size sill agree. Great for home or local trips
Finally a maternity bra that fits and gives support! Im a 36G normally and with lockdown its been a nightmare finding a well fitting bra with growing and sore boobs. Ordered an XL which is comfy and fits great and im going to order a couple of XXL sized ones for more boob expansion and and to give a bit more room as i grow even bigger.
