Have been buying Gordon Rush shoes for quite a while now, and my experience had been great. Until I bought this pair.
Unfortunately, the chosen fabric is not a good choice for the pattern of the holes and stitches, since do to normal use of the shoes, the fabric rips (tares up) in the space between the holes.
I have tried to repair this by using glue. It does not look great but it is the only solution I could come up with and at least looks better than the ripped fabric.
I took some pictures, I hope everyone can get an idea of the problem.
I almost never leave negative feedback, but for a pair of shoes in the 200 US range, I think they should perform flawlessly, but far from that the performed very very poorly.
Sorry to have to say this about a product from a good shoe maker, of which liker I said have bought numerous pairs and will likely continue to do so.
