Exactly what the description promises

Goldiocks Homebrewing delivers no more, and nothing less, than exactly what the description promises. I had reservations when I saw how young the author looks in the photo; but, the writing in the free sample is competent and, after I’d bought the full copy, I found that the same was true of the remainder. Although you don’t absolutely need brewing experience, having at least a simple brew-kit batch under your belt prior to reading is helpful enough that I recommend it. In any case, you’ll finish this book understanding the minimum equipment and effort needed in order to have a successful all-grain brew. As the author freely admits, you can spend more money and be more elaborate in your procedures. He even makes occasional suggestions along those lines. The focus though, is on what’s critical. I’m writing this review several months after buying the book and putting it into practice; so, I can say with confidence that it’s a worthwhile investment.
