CEO Gabriel Anderson is tummy flutteringly handsome – sparkling blue eyes, dark blonde hair and kissable lips. Who wouldn’t fall in lust at first sight?
Cassandra O’Leary has captured the sex and sizzle between these two perfectly. As soon as they met I wanted to see them together. I knew they’d be perfect – they just had to figure it out for themselves! And, of course, there were so many factors at work to keep them apart.
I won’t tell you anymore. You’ll have to read this story. What I will tell you is that you won’t regret it.
A fabulous read not to be missed.
Cassandra O’Leary’s debut novel is witty and funny but also with characters that have depth. I really enjoyed reading about Sinead and Gabriel. They were well-thought characters with an interesting background and history. The author writing in both POV was clever. She handled these switch of POVs in a smooth way that either helped to move the story forward or showing the same scene from the perspective of the hero and the heroine helping to understand better their actions. Getting to know these two characters, I thought they would be perfect together. But, the author throws at them many challenges they have to overcome which keeps their relationship interesting for the reader.
I liked that the author didn’t give all the information about the background of the characters all at once, especially concerning the hero. Some of his secrets were revealed only towards the end of the book and that kept me hooked and wanting to read on.
The author also writes great sexy and lovely sweet scenes making the reader fall in love with this couple.
Girl on a Plane makes the reader travel from Melbourne to London passing by Singapore, Paris and Thailand. A great novel which is both fun and relaxing. It ticks all the boxes of an excellent romantic comedy.
I’m looking forward to Cassandra’s next book hoping it will feature Ryan, Gabriel’s best friend, who was intriguing and all shades of mysterious!
I love the Aussie/Irish dichotomy going on in this book. Definitely a fun, light read - perfect for a flight...as long as you're not afraid of a little turbulence!
The reader's attention is captured from the fist sentence and taken on a delightful journey in the company of the engaging and relatable characters as they navigate family dynamics, jet set lifestyles and relationship highs and lows to discovering they are perfect for each other.
This is a fantastic read and I eagerly look forward to Cassandra O Leary 's next release. Bridie

On the plus side it started off really well, but then it started to meander on and on until I started losing interest. That's not to say that others won't enjoy it- obviously others gave it five stars, but it wasn't really my cup of tea.

I won't spoil the story, but from the amusing opening it moves quickly along with the ups and downs of their relationship, and their involvements with their own family problems.
Sinead might shimmy, shimmy shake to perfection on Mermaid Airlines, but as Gabriel discovers, there's a lot more to her than that.

going to be spectacular, but sadly no. The first 10 chapters
moved along ok, then after that sheer boredom.
