Ginger's Grief by Sue Fineman is a wonderful tale. I'll admit to being worried about reading 'Ginger's Grief' because I loved 'The Mitchell Money.' I thought it was a complete package and wasn't at all sure a sequel would work. Well it does. Sue Fineman has crafted 'Ginger's Grief' into a wonderful story that builds on the mind image created from 'The Mitchell Money' and yet it's a completely new and refreshing tale where the people are younger, the hormones more active and the villain just as desperate. Ginger's Grief is packed full with the perfect balance of adventure, emotion and angst to keep the pages turning.
From me Ginger's Grief earns five stars with a recommendation to get in quick. Sue Fineman novels won't be this much value for very long. She's way, way too polished and clever to remain relatively unknown.
If the third novel in Sue Fineman's Martinson Ranch Series, 'Maggie's Man' is anything like the first two I'll be a happy reader. In any case 'Maggie's Man' by Sue Fineman will be my next read at $2.99 it has to be a steal.
