The range of scissors is good and useful for all areas for my dog. Very good price and so thought these were worth trying.

The pink handle inserts come out immediately and are thus pointless, as well as being uncomfortable. The blades went blunt quickly and would only be suitable for small dogs or those requiring very little or very occasional grooming.

I find myself now having to find alternative scissors.

Bit dissappointed, but I guess you get what you pay for. They are not very sharp and don't think they will do the job very well. I ended up using paper scissors for trimming my dog as they were much sharper and easier to use. Probably fine if you have a small dog with minor trimming, but not very good for double coat large dog. I wouldn't recommend them.

OH MY GOODNESS! My dogs look sooooo good! I have a Havanese and a Westie and rather than letting the dogs get to the point where they NEED grooming, I can just keep up with trimming! The curved scissors are great for doing the front and tushy of the havanese where you follow the contours of the body (no chop chop lines in the hair). Plus the blending scissors (the ones with the little comb) are perfect for blending the chop marks. So trim to a little longer then length you want with the curved or regular scissors, then use the blending one to erase the cut marks. Also you can trim right around the eyes without fear, the points are blunt! These are awesome!!!
