Product description

In the late 13th century, the Mongol empire has laid waste to entire nations along their campaign to conquer the East. Tsushima Island is all that stands between mainland Japan and a massive Mongol invasion fleet led by the ruthless and cunning general, Khotun Khan. As the island burns in the wake of the first wave of the Mongol assault, courageous samurai warrior Jin Sakai stands resolute. As one of the last surviving members of his clan, Jin is resolved to do whatever it takes, at any cost, to protect his people and reclaim his home. He must set aside the traditions that have shaped him as a warrior to forge a new path, the path of the Ghost, and wage an unconventional war for the freedom of Tsushima.

Game took a little bit of patience to get going, but after that, it was amazing almost all the way through to the end. Got a little bored towards the end, things felt a little repetitive.
Story was amazing, based on true event that happened in 13th century. Learn some history while playing a game with great gameplay.

If you already own the PS4 version of this game, you can just purchase an digital upgrade on the PS store instead.

The PS5 upgrade improves upon an already amazing game. The higher resolution graphics and frame rate is immediately noticeable. Japanese voices now properly sync with lip movement during cutscenes.

As for Iki Island, there are enough changes to the environment to keep things fresh. It is also recommended that you finish the main story before starting the DLC. However, the gameplay remains largely the same, with only subtle differences, which isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Overall, a solid package with something for both newcomers and returning players.

I always like Japan its culture, food, landscape, cartoon and video games since I was in middle school. This game is more like a movie which you can put yourself in. Amazing.

Graphics, story, voice acting are all too notch, but the AI is just too bad to ignore.

I just have to wait for the characters to run their routine, settle down so I can sneak up and do an instant kill. Rinse and repeat. That pretty much the whole game if you play it in stealth mode.

To have an actual challenge, you're force to play by running directly at the enemy, going toe to toe.

I'll still finish the game, but such a glaring shortcoming to an otherwise good game
