1.0 out of 5 stars leak from the bottle through the blades lid to the spin base
By Chen Xu on 14 September 2020
Brought the GFBL300S Mix & Go at Amazon on 29 Jun 2020. After 2 monts, I found the jucy will leak from the bottle through the blades lid to the spin base, such a noisy for me to clean the base every time.

I would like to return and refund or exchange but it has overdure the 30 days return in Amazon. I contact the customer service of manufacture but what they said is not helpful as there is no return button in the orders in Amazon.

Hi Chen,
Thank you for your enquiry and sorry to hear about your experience with our George Forman blender. Is the seal fitted to the blade assembly? This will cause the bottle to leak if this is stretched or not fitted correctly.
George Foreman offers a 1-year replacement warranty so if you would like a refund then you will need to contact Amazon as this is who you exchanged money with.
Do you still have the receipt for this blender? If so, and it is within the 1-year replacement warranty you are able to take the product back to the place of purchase. The store will replace the product for you. If you no longer have the receipt, then we require the following information from you. The model number and the 4/5-digit batch number that will start with a 1 or 0 followed by 3 other numbers. This information will be on the underneath of your product on the compliance plate. It will either be stamped into the compliance plate or written onto the plate.

I look forward to hearing from you. Please note we are experiencing a higher volume of enquiries so we thank you for your patience in waiting for a response.

Regards,

Nicole

1.0 out of 5 stars ...
By Denise Oliveira on 22 November 2020
Hi,

Less than 2 weeks after bought the blender, the O-Ring in the lid fell out and got hit by the blades, thus making the whole unit useless as the single O-Ring stops the contents from draining out.

I would like to know what you guys can do for me.
I don't think I can remove the O-ring from the blades. Also, I can see some kind of glue coming off the blades.
It might be better to have the whole bottom part replaced.
