Sand and dirt on the dates.

I ordered these dates for my grand-uncle for Ramadan. I was extremely disappointed and upset to learn that although the dates were delivered on time, they were coated in sand and dirt. I had to rely on ordering from Amazon because he had no way to get to his local stores due to lockdown. It is misleading that the product description says "plump and soft" but the product he received was dry and dirty. Really Disappointed and upset. I do not recommend this product at all.
