Product Description

From the USA Today bestselling author of Bliss comes a new standalone spin off romantic comedy series featuring your favorite Bliss series characters who are yet to meet their match.

Matt Taylor’s motto:
“I’m the king of the cut ‘n’ run. I wine them, dine them, then slide inside them, making sure I get up, get dressed and get out before they can even utter the words “second date”.”

Mia Roberts’ motto:
“I’m queen of the chase. I meet them, greet them, date them and leave them. A social butterfly, I’m happily single and happy to stay that way.”

The players have been found.

The challenge has been set.

Whatever happens, they’ll soon find out that playing the game can get you played in the best possible way.

"No game is worth playing unless you're playing to win"

OK, so I am not going to lie, I have been #TeamWalkingDildo from the get go.

But now I think that maybe Noah has some stiff (pun intended!) competition from #TeamMiniWalkingDildo, his younger brother Matt.

When the "the brother-in-law's brother" Matt hooks up with "the sister-in-law's sister" Mia, I just knew that things were going to get sexy hot super fast.

I mean wow, the sexual chemistry between Matt and Mia is through the roof! You could feel their attraction to each other leap off the pages. And when they are in the same room together - the sparks just flew!

But you could just feel that things were never going to be easy between them - especially with Mia constantly complicating things, and Matt's reputation.

I could understand Mia's hesitation, truly I could. But I just wanted to clip her around the ears, tell her to wake up to herself and to stop being so stubborn.

I felt for Matt as no one would take him seriously, wouldn't even try to see that he is a changed man. I could feel his frustration and his hurt that his family and friends though of him that way.

As we learn more about Matt and Mia's history, the more I just loved Matt.

What I loved the most about Game Player (well, besides M & M) was that we got more of the characters from the Bliss series, and OMG the banter between the family and friends was laugh out loud funny, particularly between Noah and Matt.

I laughed, I got sad, I got angry, I got happy while reading Game Player. I feel that these people are part of my family I have been reading about them so long now. I devoured every word in one sitting, and can't wait to see where Ms Harvey takes us next.

What an delicious start for B.J. Harvey's new series "Game", once I started reading, I was sucked into the story & what a story B.J. has for us. A spin-off series of "Bliss" has you reacquainted with the characters, also giving you a look into their lives via the new main characters that this series is about. I loved this by the way, once I figured out who was who. I had moments where I laughed so hard, then a tear would escape.... Mia & her BFF are a crack up to read, then adding in Matt Taylor aka Mini WD, the interractions become intense & your thrown for a while. Saying that I DEVOURED 'Game Player' I really wanted to know how things would turn out.

This sounded like the type of book I would love to read, however, Mia got on my nerves... Poor Matt (the player) if i have to hear how used his dick is one more time...augh. Mia should have been grateful he knew what to do with it... I really loved Matt, I felt his emotions, patience and wit. Mia not so much. She was irritating... The whole story was too in decisive for me. Just not for me, but I am sure other readers will have more patience than me.
