This book contains a short introduction to the topics, with a large number of sample questions. The introductions fall short of being useful because they do not reflect the depth of knowledge required for an exam. The sample questions provide good practice, but all of the questions/explanations are repeated at free online forums.
I buy books because I prefer light that has bounced off a page, to light that is projected from a screen. However, this book is poorly manufactured. Some pages in my copy are illegible due to printing standards that very convincingly simulate double vision.
