The fundamentals don't change (and here they are on your iPad)
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 August 2013Verified Purchase
In the age of multiple stochastic realisations and intelligent fields it is remarkable how relevant Dake's two books remain. As a consultant engineer travelling light these e-book versions are just what I need and well worth the price. 'Fundamentals' covers all the bases and explains the principles of reservoir engineering and well inflow performance with enviable clarity.

Classic Oil & Gas Text Book
Reviewed in Brazil on 23 August 2014Verified Purchase
This 1983 book still is one of the best texts in the reservoir engineering discipline. It still serves as the base for several engineering tools in the market and is an excellent reference to have nearby. I highly recommend it. The Kindle Edition is better viewed on the computer rather than on the Kindle because of the equations and figures which just look better on a big screen despite the ability to zoom in on them.
