Book Description

A timely and authoritative account of the four most troubled hotspots in the world's most combustible region.

About the Author

Dr Brendan Taylor is Associate Professor of Strategic Studies at the Australian National University. He is the author or editor of eight books, including, most recently, Australia's American Alliance (MUP, 2016). His writings have also appeared in leading policy journals such as The Washington Quarterly, International Affairs and Survival, and he is a regular op-ed contributor to The Australian, Australian Financial Review and the Sydney Morning Herald. Such platforms would be used to promote the book. A speaking tour would also be undertaken covering key Australian and Asia-Pacific capitals.
