This is a beautiful, comprehensive and science-based recipe book. It introduces some new ingredients but also shows delicious and interesting ways of preparing familiar favourites. I have cooked quite a few recipes from the book and they work well. Well worth exploring and sharing.

A little disappointedReviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 February 2021
There's no doubt this is a beautiful book with great healthy recipes. But I thought from the book info that the recipes would address individual diseases and this is not the case. It's much more general than that.
Excellent InformationReviewed in Canada on 22 November 2020
I have many books similar—it isn’t the best, but is well worth the money. I am not disappointed and am sure I will use it.
