Totally gripping CSI book which actually starts at Las Vegas CSI. The book totally pulls you into the characters of Horatio and his team and makes you feel like your watching it on the screen. Well written and very gripping i found myself trying to solve it from all the clues and couldn't put it down.
Un libro che è un episodio del celebre telefilm, da vedere, da gustare, da apprezzare fino all’ultimo fotogramma –pardon, fino all’ultima pagina
I've read and enjoyed many of Max Allan Collins' CSI books and this was no exception. The story begins with the CSI team in Las Vegas and evidence being thrown out of court regarding a man who had killed his mistress so he walks free and goes to Miami. When Grissom finds the evidence he needs, they contact Caine down in Miami to assist. When he's asked to pick up the killer, he finds the suspect in Grissom's case is dead and he has lots of unanswered questions...
I really love the way that Collins' portrays the characters and stays true to their personalities and personas from the shows, so that even if you haven't watched the shows, you can still get to know the characters and enjoy it. His style of writing is so detailed that you feel like you're watching the show because you can picture it in your mind and hear the character voices. The plot was really engaging and I love the cross over from CSI Vegas to CSI Miami and that they work together on this case. Highly recommended!
