This is a great book! It's written simply and jam-packed with actions that you can take, now to make a difference. She hits the nail on the head about having a Fit Mind which will help the journey to a fab body tremendously. I appreciate the chapter on Blueprint of living which talked about the important of sleep. Her approach is to go to bed when one is sleepy, not necessarily at a specific time. Rather, she focused on getting up at the same time everyday.

Above all, I appreciate the care taken to create this book. She shared her expertise freely to make a difference to her readers. I highly recommend this book!

Hey folks - if you really want to do something for yourself - I cannot advise strongly enough that you buy this book! Terry Bahat not only "knows her stuff" she has a wonderful way of expressing herself and she CAN and WILL help you to attain what you want for yourself.
Basically I suggest you do yourself a favour and buy Terry's book - you will not be disappointed!!

A book about taking time for ' you', it explains how we often sabotage our own best intentions of trying to become the best version of ourselves and ideas of how to recognise and overcome this.
